  8.   and wave at the old man
  9.   who sits by the window.
  10.   The old man waves and
  11.   then turns to smile at
  12.   the cat by his side,
  13.   contendly cleaning his face.
  14.   The old man and the
  15.   cat exchange a glance
  16.   of understanding
  17.   and the train whistle
  18.   blows and a breeze
  19.   ruffles the fields
  20.   as I stand and wave
  21.   goodbye.
